Not everyone is capable of serving
individuals successfully. A good servant is the one with:

A true, deep life with God;
successful spiritual struggles; endurance and tolerance for hardships

A solid biblical and theological
knowledge of the faith, and an apologetic capacity to discuss issues.
ã
A loving, sincere, peaceful
character, able to befriend others and ready to sacrifice for their sakes.
Arrange to go on a visitation
with a senior servant this year, to one or more church members of the same
age group or younger. |
